I am unable to see any movies on the page, how can I view my video?

If you are unable to view your video, please try the following:

• Install the latest version of Flash Player:

• Upgrade your browser to the most recent version. The video webpage is optimized for Mozilla Firefox.
  http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
• If our email went into your Junk Mail or Spam folder, first move the email into your Inbox before clicking on the preview link.

If the above instructions were not helpful, we will be better able to assist you if you can provide us with the following information:

• Your internet connection (e.g. DSL, Cable, office network, dialup)
• Internet Browser: name and version (e.g. IE 7 version 7.0.5, Firefox, AOL, etc.)
• Computer and Operating system (e.g. Sony Vaio with Windows XP)
